The hotel had some nice features like clean and comfortable rooms with lots of charging ports, but the Wi-Fi was frustratingly unreliable. The staff at the front desk seemed annoyed, which added to the experience. It's a decent option overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

comfortable stay but breakfast needs improvement
The room was spacious clean with comfortable beds giving us a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly helpful making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast lacked timely refills which meant some items were empty during peak times.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed my two-night stay with warm staff and comfy beds. The breakfast lacked variety, especially for picky eaters. Thrilled they allowed us a late checkout, which was helpful with kids in tow. Consider exploring dining options nearby for better food variety.

Had a fab stay here! The breakfast spread was a feast of options, and you can’t beat the convenience of nearby restaurants like Water Street Brewery for a laid-back vibe. Plus, the pool and whirlpool are open late, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!
But, I wasn't wowed by the clean-up crew—found old food and a vape cap under the bed. The constant dampness made the room feel muggy despite the AC cranking. A rude staff member really set a crabby vibe too. Not the best, but it’s all part of the adventure, right?

The room was decent-sized with two comfy queen beds. It felt clean and fresh, which was a plus. I appreciated having a desk and a good chair to work at. The view of the pond from my window was a nice touch, too. But the bed made weird noises every time I shifted, which was a bit annoying. Plus, there was a strong chlorine smell from the pool area that lingered. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Not a great stay
We were really bummed when we got to our room and it felt kinda damp and gross. The black mold in the bathroom was a major turn-off. On the upside, the lobby was welcoming and the nearby restaurants were awesome! Just wish the room was cleaner and less musty. Wouldn't recommend this place.

This was a solid selection for a quick layover in Grafton with good value for money. The bathroom needed some cleaning, especially the shower head, but I appreciated that the staff was friendly and tried to help. Make sure to check the bathroom thoroughly when you arrive.
